These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Synthex AI Trading Software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") by users. By using the software, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the software.

By purchasing SynthexAI NEXUS, you automatically agree to the following terms:

SynthexAI NEXUS is the exclusive intellectual property of SynthexAI and is strictly for personal and authorized use only. Any unauthorized distribution, modification, editing, resale, or use for services such as copy trading or similar commercial activities is strictly prohibited.

In the event of any violation, including but not limited to unauthorized use of SynthexAI NEXUS, a penalty of $30,000 will be imposed, payable to SynthexAI. Our systems actively monitor for unauthorized activities and violations of these terms. Upon detection of such a violation, we will take immediate legal action without exception.

By purchasing and using SynthexAI NEXUS, you irrevocably consent to these terms. Any misuse will result in legal consequences, and we will pursue full legal recourse to protect our rights.

As part of selected product packages, customers receive complimentary access to a Virtual Private Server (VPS) for a duration of up to six (6) months from the date of purchase. This service is designed to support the initial usage of our software products under optimal conditions.

Please note the following:

• The VPS is not a permanent feature of the product offering.
• It is provided via a third-party infrastructure, and availability is subject to change based on technical, legal, and data protection requirements.
• After the six-month period, users are responsible for securing their own VPS environment if continued usage is desired.

Our software solutions are fully operational without a VPS, and users are free to run them on their own local systems or a VPS provider of their choice. As a recommended option, we suggest FXVM for secure and reliable hosting.

By purchasing our product, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions regarding VPS usage.

3.1 The software operator accepts no liability for losses incurred through the use of the software.
3.2 You agree to indemnify the software operator against any liability, claims or damages arising from your use of the software.

4.1 The software may collect and store personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
4.2 The operator of the software will treat your data confidentially and will not pass it on to third parties unless this is required by law or you have given your consent.

The software operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check regularly for updates to these terms and conditions.

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

For all disputes in connection with these General Terms and Conditions, the competent court at the registered office of the software operator is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
